Probably an Italian maker. I have seen the same type of enamel dishes with labels. (Length 14 cm)

Small plate, 15cm Diameter. It has a small stamped mark that looks like two R's, one being upside down.

30,5 cm diam. Signed 'Nobilo' with a partial foil label reading 'RUCNI P...' I found one web reference to a Nobilo RUCNI enamel tray with Croatia as the source country.

but i don't know who this hallmark belongs to
i think it says AMM Handarbeit? or AM?
swiss austrian or german I suspect because of Handarbeit
any knowledge?
