Native Indian seed bead necklace with whirling log symbol

Need help in knowing what this necklace is called, who it came from. has writing on the back but very hard to read, also has the swastika or whirling log symbol. The outer edge of the pendant has fishing line going through he beads, the rest has regular line. Any ideas on this Please.
